On The Air

Go to the lighthouse and bring back a signal amplifier.

You can get to the lighthouse using a vehicle but it will be better if you'll do the Bloody Valentine quest first, since it will require you to bring a survivor there. Once done, head to the top of the Lighthouse to find James.

After getting the quest updated, you'll be asked to help restore the power in the lighthouse. Complete the quest “Ray of Hope” to restore the power. This will open the warehouse shed inside the lighthouse and the amplifier can be found inside.

Take the amplifier back to Dominic to complete the quest.
