In the start of the game go to your house and you'll see a crack in your deck. Crouch and go in the crack. Once in the crack keep going forward until you see a treasure chest with a orange rupee which is worth 100 rupee.

After you save your sister at forsaken fortress, go to C4 or F3 and when you see a cyclone go near it and a red-frog like creature named cyclos will appear,and keep shooting him with arrows until he suurender's and he will grant you the power of cyclones that allows you to teleport to different area's of the ocean.

After being away for awhile from outset island, if you gave the fat lady pigs when you began the game there will be a bigger pig in the pen now. (You must have the power bracelets to lift the pig) Pick up the pig and bring it to the top of the mountain near the bridge, which should be broken, and then walk off the edge where the bridge begins. You should fall with the pig onto a small rock, but after you land the pig will fall right through the rock and dissapear. (Alternately you can hit the pig until it chases you, and lead it to the top of the mountain, but beware when the pig hits you it takes about 3 or 5 hearts away, so watch out).

Ok for those that know the infinite elixer cheat (put grandmas soup on Y, press Y and then start button directly after and put another item on Y). After doing the cheat, instead of just putting another item (telescope, etc) put an empty bottle in the same spot. After your done drinking the 2 helping soup, youll still have the 2 helpings AND 1 helping in the empty bottle you put to replace the 2nd helping bottle. Do this with the other empty bottle that you have if you want. (Note: 1 helping drinks wont give you an extra helping (blue potion, red, green, etc)you must have a 2 helping soup or this wont work).

I recommend you beat the wind and earth temple first, so lets start.
#1 go to you're island that you got from that lady in windfall. Therell be a puzzle to complete for 50 rupees
#2 go to any triforce chart location(where you got the triforce chart) and break those pots beside it. Each location holds about 50-75 rupees
#3 collect skull necklaces and give them to either the rich guy that was once poor or the guy near the bomb shop. The rich guy give 10 each 5=50rupees and the guy near the bomb shop make you play a game if you give him 3 necklaces and if you win ull get 50 rupees
#4 collect boka seeds from the boka plants I recommend you use gapple hook to steal it easy theyre 5 each 20=100rupees

That might not be all but it's worth trying

-to beat it use your mirror shield to deflect light that is shining from above. Then carry him and bash him into the spiked wall then kill the little ghosts that make up jalhalla.

#6 molgera -sand boss
-within the wind temple
-to beat it use the hook shot on it's tongue and hit it multiple times until it dies.

#7 puppet ganon -puppet boss
-within ganons tower
-to beat it use the light arrows and hit the bulb thing on the tale three times. It will then change into a spider, use the reflection on the water to see where the bulb will be and shoot it times times. It will then change into the final form the snake, just hit it's tale 3 times then you win

#8 ganondorf -holder of evil
-within ganons tower
-to beat the final boss ganon you must first lock on ganon and press A when the A blinks. Do this until ganon slaps zelda(hes annoyed cause she shooting arrows at him) so fight him till zelda wakes up, and zelda will tell you that shell shoot arrows at you and you gotta deflect them so they hit ganon. Once youve done that go close and hold L till the A blinks then press A and you will of jumped and stabed ganon in the head with the master sword.

There finally all the bosses

Heres a really useful tip I found, when you are in either the temples with medli or makar, you can set them on top of doors so they can't get caught or hurt by the baddies.

If you have a GBA connector and a Tingle Tuner you can have help from Tingle. You can have him bomb stuff and make you fly (ECT),but if you use a bomb it cost 20 rupees and to fly it's 50 rupees. One more thing you don't need any GBA game,Enjoy.

Some of you may know this:

At the one place in Hyrule Castle where you get the Master Sword, behind the spot where the Master Sword was, there are some windows with all of the sages from OOT (and I think that theres also one of Ganondorf's beast form, or Ganon).

If you have bombs in your inventory, then go out to one of Beedle's Boat Shop and throw a bomb on top of it and wait for it to expload. It should have smoke coming out of it for a short while.

When you are on the island where you actually get the wind waker(forgot what it was called) After going into the cave, when you start getting attacked by rats in like the 10th dungeon, spread some bait in front of a rat hole. Wait a second, and a rat will come out and will offer to sell either a blue or red potion to you. Take It!!! You will need it for future dungeons.

Phase 1.Level:Easy
After the chat you and Ganondorf(Gandorf or Ganon for short)have,he will turn into Puppit Ganon.Take out your boomerang and target each string that is holding him up.After each string is hit 2 times,use the Light Arrow too hit the ball on his tail.After 2 or 3 hits,he transforms.

Phase 2.Level:Normal
Now Puppit Ganon looks like a spider.Go onto the water and wait for him to stop spinning.When he is done,go to where the ball is,make sure you don't get hit,and hit the ball with a Light Arrow a few times.Then he will transform.

Phase 3.Level:Hard
The hardest phase of all.L-target Puppit Gannon.Ready,Aim,Fire and hope you don't miss the ball on his tail.If you run out of arrows and/or magic,hop into the pot with purple smoke.

Always have a serving of grammys soup around. It has 2 servings each time your grandma refills it and heals all health and magic. It also will double the strength of your attack power untill you take you first take damage. So it is better than a fairy.

To get the heros charm give 40 joy pendants to the teacher on windfall island.
To get the hurricane spin give orca 10 knights crest.

If you ever talk to the teacher on Windfall Island she will tell you about the four bad students and blah blah blah. At daytime go to the group of kids and thay will challange you to play a game of hide and go seek. Note you have to catch them to) ( you have to roll to get them because they are to fast for you to run) Locations: 1.On a tree by the coast( note: Roll into the tree to get the kid out of it) 2. Go to the ledge in the town circle thing that leads to the coast if you go right. Stop before you go down. Make a left at the bridge to find a mini tree. A kid is behind it. 3.Behind the grave by the dancing guy. 4.Behind the bomb shop. Once you are done talk to the teacher she will be really happy. Pretty soon, the kids will say they were going to give her a joy pendent for her birthday, but left it in a tree. Roll into the tree by the coast to get it out then give it to the teacher. Now she will be happy and you will be able to give her more joy pendents from Moblins using a grappling hook. Once you give her 20 she will give you your cabana deed( the deed to a resort with a house, pool,and secret hole in the fire place) and once you give her 40 she will give you a hero's charm. ( When you equip it you will be able to see an enemy's health if you lock onto it.

If you don't want to use a lot of health, money, effort, time, magic, ammo, etc on getting treasure I have something to tell you. Have you ever seen those rainbow circles that dissapear when you come near them? Wel, those circles are really where the X's on your treasure maps. So if you ever see one while sailing use a grappling hook to fish it up. So now you don't have to get treasure charts.

If you want to hit Orca to get rupees in the game then follow these directions. First,lock on with L-targeting. Next, use a jump attack ( L+A while holding a sword ) on him then use a back flip ( L+A+Down ). This way he will never have a chance to attack you. Repeat for needed hits. Example: 100

First,you would want to go to Windfall Island. Next,you go to the grave ( if you can not find it go to the mail box from the dock, and turn left. When you come to the guy by there you have to take out your Wind baton, and just let it go for a little bit. Soon the guy will tell you about that is what he was looking for, or something, and will dance. Follow the dance moves he did with your wind baton to learn the song. ( note: the dance moves are,in order, left, right, and down.

When you are on the boss that has two giant hands and a big head on the tower of the gods don't worry about if you run out of arrows. If you do the head will give you some arrows from his nose.

You must have a GBA and a GBA cable for this.

Go to Outset Island. Use the Tingle Tuner and then a blue Tingle should appear. Do all the instrucions that Tingle's Brother says and then you can unlock a new item on the Tingle menu. The item lets you buy stuff like bait, arrow, etc.

To get your house first get 20 joy pendents, then go to wind fall talk to the teacher and she will ask you to talk to her students wich are a gang. Go out side and talk to the leader( hes the one in the hat) He will tell you to play hide and go seek tag with them.

The first kid is on top of the tree by the bomb shop ram it and he will fall down, the second one is behind the bomb shop, the third one is by where you get your sail, and the last one is behind the stone where the guy is dancing.

The gang will tell you that it's the teachers birthday and they want to give her a joy pendent, go to the tree right next to the bomb shop and ram it get the joy pendent and go give it to the teacher.

She will thank you for what you have done now equip the rest of your joy pendents and give them to her. She will reward you with a cabin (house).

Now when you get there get your grappling hook out and look up use it and you can get down to the basement. There is a map to a triforce piece some where in there.

In Hyrule (place where you get the Master sword) If you look at the pictures on the wall one of them has Tetra and her Pirate Gang but it is all made to look like Royalty. It looks funny if you compare them to the normal looking pirates.

1. In the forest haven if you want to refill your magic easily find one of the flowers that shoots you up in the air and go in that and don't touch you analog stick. It will refill your magic.

2. If you shoot some bombs at Beedles ship it will start smoking like the enemys ships always do. Cool huh!

If you get the Ballad of Gales right away after saving Makar (The Korok who plays the leaf Cello) do NOT warp to The Mother and Child isles.

You will land in the Mother isle, where the Queen of Faries lives. She WILL Reject you. Before you can meet her, you need to reach the point in the game where you discover that Tetra is Princess Zelda.

I have tried this! The Queen of Faries will not let you see her until THAT point in the game.

If you have three or four empty bottles then this is a good cheat for when you face bosses like the Shadow Puppets, or Gannon himself.

When you go to get Elixer Soup from your Grandma, set the full bottle to either Y, Z, or X. Then press the button you set it to and start at the SAME TIME!

If you do it right you should be on the Items screen. Get an Empty bottle set it to the same button as your full bottle. Link should then drink the Elixer Soup, you will still have a full bottle, and a half bottle.

Repeat this for the other bottles and you will have infinate Elixer Soup!

Just try not to mess up and drink from the full bottle! The more bottles the more soup!

After you unlock the black portal in Gannon's tower with your Boomerang, you can go back to 'the world above'! But, if you save and quit in the middle of your battle with one of the shadow puppets to go get more Elixer Soup or something like I did the room where you battle the shadow puppets will be reset. So try not to run out of Elixer Soup. None of the other rooms will be reset.

If you have the Fire/Ice Arrows, use the Fire Arrows to light the lighthouse. If you still don't have the Ballad of Gales song, you're somewhere else, you want to go to back to Windfall Island and you forgot where it is, use the compass and sail to it and you'll see the lighthouse spinning with light and that indicates you're near it.

On Clock Town there's a ledge on the second floor. Get to it by going on top of the ferris wheel and when closest to it, jump onto it.

Once there go through the door. There's a treasure chest containing a Treasure Chart and a tunnel you can crawl through.

At the end you'll end up at falling down and seeing the Pictoshop keeper with the teacher and shocking them both!

To get legendary pictographs go to the guy who gives you the Delux Picto Box and talk to him. He will offer you Legendary Pictographs. These are pictographs of stuff like the Queen Of Fairies, the Great Faries, Ganondorf, the king of Hyrule, Princess Zelda etc.
Show these to the sculpture to add them to your gallery.

First get a Hyoi Pear. Then go to Outset Island and posses a seagull.

Fly over to wear you got the Triforce Chart. Then fly down into the the hole.

If you got it right then you will be flying INSIDE the mountain.

When you get a fairy in a bottle, take it back to outset island.
Go to your grandma's cottage and stand next to her. Then release the fairy.
It should circle you, like normal, but then it will circle your grama too.
To thank you for heeling her she gives you elixer soup, which boosts your attack power, heals your health, and your magic. PLUS she puts two servings in the jar!

First, beat the game.
Then when it asks you to start over your old file ( that you beat the game on)
Say yes. It should turn orange and have a tri force on it.
Then when you start, you'll atomatically have a color pictograph!
Then go to your house to see your grandma like Aryll tells you (you'll notice aryll is waring the dress that the pirates gave her) after you go inside, your granma will hand you invisible clothes. When Link holds them up it says "Youve got the 'new' hero's clothes!" you now get to ware your crawfish shirt through the whole game!

Ok, I found this glitch by accident while fighting Ganondorf in the last battle.
I thought it would be nice to have a picture of him so I snapped one and saved.
When the credits where done and I opened my file, my bow and arrows were GONE!!! ...but at least I had my picture left...

However, thanks to my hacking skills I could restore the bow with my action replay. Whew!
