I have beaten the game on beginner, and have gotten all of the secret tapes and levels, except for the one in Moscow! I've been looking for hours, and I can't find it! PLEASE HELP ME!!

Ok, you know that building by where you start that say something in russian well jump on that and face the big red buildig thing grind the lowest or 2nd lowest ledge and jump into the window, the hangar level will be in there.

Sorry but it is very hard to explain ill try my best ok go to the begining and go to the bridge then there should be a row of windows for ages run in to all of them until one breaks then go to the upstairs of the place and the tape is there I think
