Question for Tony Hawk's Underground

I just need to know how to do a manel and I am suck at a missison in hawii that say's climb the hotel what do I do. Thanks.

To climb the hotel, get off your board, jump and grab on the bus, jump and grab onto the ledge on the building behind the bus, and climb the ladder up. If you ever get to a place where there is nothing but a ledge on top of you, then just jump up and grab and pull yourself up.
