I have looked everywhere but I can't find the last 3 poes is there a trick or something I can use too find them?

Just remember that some only come out at night. I've been looking for the last one for some time now. It's very time consuming, but you learn a lot looking for those rascals. You can try getting a list of where they are off the Web. Try gamefaqs.com for a start. Good luck...
