Question for The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
Hello and thank you in advance for any help someone may provide. I've browsed the questions & haven't found the answer I need. I am stuck in Hyrule Field after having jumped the gate (from Kakariko Village after getting knocked down by Goron & speaking to people), collected the bugs (but not finding the heart container, or at least not being able to boomerang what I think it is in the side of a white mountain). There seems to be no way to go that is not blocked, ie: two areas are blocked by large rocks & from what I've seen, bombs are not available until after this point (doesn't matter anyway because it seems I'm "trapped" in this area & have no way to buy them that I know of) while another is the gate that I jumped that is locked so I can't go back in & can't seem to jump it. Please if anyone knows the details, either post it here or email to me directly to: [email protected]

Ok, first off, you must go back to Ordon Village and talk to the Mayor, you will have to Sumo Wrestle with him and after you win he will give you the iron boots. Go back to Kakariko Village and start up towards Death Mountain, when you get to the first Goron, put the Iron Boots on and do the same things you did to the goats earlier in the game, when he gets about five feet away press and hold A, this will stop him and you will throw him off. More Goron's roll down the mountain so be careful.

OK, head back to your hometown, Ordon, and talk to Mayor Bo. He'll ask you about the kids, you'll automatically tell him about the problem... You'll tell him about the Goron problem, and you'll learn sumo wrestling. Then you'll learn the reason Bo could beat those muscular Gorons--the Iron Boots in the chest. Now you can go back to Kakariko Village; even up Death Mountain, because--with your new boots--you can take the rolling Gorons. Wearing the Boots, catch a roller by holding A when the onscreen prompt comes on. Toss him aside, then continue up the path. Eventually you'll go up, and you may be attacked by the volcano with a large rock--this is supposed to happen. First slash a Goron standing watch now, then hop on his back and fly up the mountain. Get up to the top, then go in the conveniently placed hole. You'll find a crowd of Gorons just waiting to roll you over--but the closest Gor (Goron chiefs, I think) stops them. Now, sumo wrestle him. If you don't have your boots on, though, you might last a second if you're lucky. Put on your boots, then rechallenge him--and win. You now get entrance to the Mines. Go through, then once you beat the boss (a very tough battle--took me a long time--lost most of my arrows--use your boots and grab his chains while he's running about) Barnes' Bomb Shop will have bombs. Equip them with your bow to shoot some rocks near the entrance at the top of the cliff to reveal that Piece of Heart you've heard about. I'm sure this helps a lot, so you're welcome. ;)
