This is a hard question to answer. The longest temple in amount of time to beat I would have to say is the water temple. This is because you need to Solve so many puzzles in one room.

I had to say the temple of time becase there is so much puzzles. It took me about three hour.

That depends largely on your skill as a player (or cheater, if you work that way). For example, the Forest Temple would have taken me a lot longer if I hadn't had my handy Nintendo Power Guide to get through it. Disregarding that, I'd say the Water Temple, Arbiter's Grounds, or Snowhead are the longest. If you're not too hot a player, though, the Temple of Twilight and the City in the Sky will give you hell.

For me the city in the sky. Then it would be the forest temple but then again I was sick. But really in all Zelda games they make the Water temple and last one to be hard. Why I am not to sure on just yet.
