Chu Jelly

Chu Jelly

So I was in te Zora Temple thing. I killed this leech thing. After, a puddle appeared and said I can scoop it up with my bottle. I scooped it and said I got red chu jelly. I drank it and lost a heart. I heard that in Wind Waker you can like turn it into a red potion. Can I do that in this game too? Also, what else can I do with chu jelly?

Unfortunately you can't. They can produce different effects. All I can tell you is to not drink the purple one as it can make you only have one heart or all of them. If you find a gold chu then you should absolutely scoop it up and drink it. Drink it while you are fighting a boss or a hard fighting monster.

my game allowed me (gamecube) to drink the red chu jelly for 8 hearts, the yellows lantern oil, and the blue one will restore all hearts. i made the mistake of drinking the purple one and lost all but one heart...
