For V:V, it's easy; upon defeating Darth Vader, some LEGO pieces will jump up from the bottom of the pit (don't ask me how). Build them up, then use them (I don't recall if it was a button made or something you need to destroy). This should summon the minikit.
For IV:VI... I have no idea what you're talking about. Sorry.
You can do it.

For V:V(Cloud City Trap) to get the minikit that is in the middle of the Darth Vader platform, once you defeat Darth Vader, and he runs away, two stormtroopers will be on the other side. DO NOT SHOOT OR USE A LIGHTSABER TO REFLECT THEIR LASER BLASTS BACK! Change into Darth Vader or Darth sidious and use the force to flip a swich that opens a hole in the center. Press the y button when in front of the crane to jump in and move the crane over one of the stormtroopers. Press a and the crane will pick up the stormtrooper, then move him to the center of the platform you are on and press a again to drop him into the hole and then lego pieces will shoot out of the hole. All you have to do then is build the pieces to make the minikit.

In Rebel Attack, as you fly over the squares they light up for a few seconds; you have to fly over all of them and light up all of them then the minikit will pop up. This is a tricky one; try different ships to see which one works best for you (Millenium Falcon works for me-good menueverability in tight quarters)
