In«Buried By the Mob»,where's the briefcase? Please answer.

First you have to convince Fuscilli and then go to Jimmy the Neck to get your shovel. The briefcase is in the desert by the car stuck in the tree. Use your R button to retrieve your shovel and dig for it. Good Luck!
