First go to weather (route 119) go 2 top floor. Talk 2 the guy. He'll tell you where 2 find the first poke'mon. Go 2 mart get about 5 timer balls.

Then go 2 the cave. (save when you get n the cave) inflict damage until it goes 2 sleep and keep doing that. Then use the timer ball. Go back to weather station 2 get the other poke'mon.
