Hey I have 2 questions
1) what is the rarest Pokemon in the game but not using other nintendo games and cheats for it and were can I catch it
2) what Pokemon should I save the master ball on

1) I Think Mewtwo is the rarest on the game. Don't use Master Ball on it though. To catch it put it asleep and use as much ultra balls as you can. Before going into Cerulean Cave (where mewtwo is) buy as many ultra balls as you can.
2) I think you should use your Master Ball on one of the legendary dogs. Beat the elite for to find one. Have to. Here is one of the legendaries you can get.
It depends on you Starter Pokemon you chose on the beggining of you game.
2)Bulbasour: Entei
Squirtle: Raikou
Charmander: Suicune
