How to Get to Five Island: Beat the Elite Four. Have over 60 Pokemon in your Pokedex and talk to Prof. Oak. He'll update both yours and your Rival's Pokedex to the National Dex. Go to One Island and talk to Celio. He'll tell you to go get a gem plate called the Ruby. It's in Mt. Ember. At the beginning of Mt. Ember, go to the right and you'll see some Rocket members blocking a cave. Fend both of them off and go into the cave. Make your way through, and at the end, there's a stone with the Ruby slid in there. Take it, and exit. Go talk to Celio again, and he'll take the Ruby and tell you to go get ANOTHER plate called the Sapphire. He then gives you the Rainbow Pass, gaining access to all of the Sevii Islands. You can now go to Five Island!!

You will ALSO have access to the Day Care Center where you can breed Pokemon, which, for the record, is on Four Island. Happy Breeding!!!

To get to island five you must find the Ruby then the Sapphire found in Dotted Hole and you will open them island 4 is the island with the day care couples witch take two Pokemon island 4 is unlocked the same way

To get to Five Island, besides beating the Elite Four is to click other when talking to the sail man. Actually the breeding day care is in Four Island.
