ANSWERS

1. With cheats yes. Without, possibly. If yur rich enough to have gone to a Nintendo Event an' have the colluseum bouns disk sure.

2. The codes work for one game, dependin' on which game you got them for.

3. You need to complete the ENTIRE Pokedex. Not just 202, 385. All the first, second an' third gen. Then yeah, he'll give you a Johto starter.

1. In Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald, no. In Fire Red or Leaf Green, yes. You can only get one of them. If your starter was Bulbasaur, you will be able to get Entei. If your starter was Squirtle, you will be able to get Raikou. If your starter was Charmander, you will be able to get Suicune.

2. If you enter the codes correctly in it, then yes it will.

3. That happens in Emerald only. Get all the Hoenn Pokemon and Prof. Birch will let you get the Johto Starter of your choice.
