Is there any chance a way to easily find suicuine?

The easiest way to catch Suicune is to use a cheat device or use a master ball when you encounter him. I forgot what level he will be, but I think it's going to be fifty or fourty.

No there is no easier way to find suicune.
Suicune will be level 50 when first encountered. I reccomend you save your masterball for suicune, it is INCREDIBLY hard to catch.

He will be at level 40 or 50 can't remember,and no there is no easy way tp catch him,it's all luck,same with finding him.

No, But if you started with Charmander is the only way your going to find that legendary dog. If I remember he is level 40 if not 45.

Actually there is an easy way to find him. First, put a level 49 Pokemon in the first slot of your party. Then us max repel. Then go around everywhere. If your max repel's effects wear off then do it again until you encounter a pokemon. That Pokemon will be your legendary dog. That's how I got mine. Hope this helped!
