You can win battles. Use your VS Seeker to battle and win more. Also sell items like Nuggets, Stardust and Big Pearls. You can sell items like Carbos and Zinc too, since they are pointless and increase a stat by one point.

By battling and selling unnecessary items. For example, a Nugget, Stardust, Pearl, Big Pearl, and Star Piece exist only to sell. To increase your payout in battle, you can use a higher-level Pok�mon. To double the resultant pay, attach an Amulet Coin (which comes from the Aide in the Fichsia City-Route 15 checkpoint once you collect 40 kinds of Pok�mon) to a Pok�mon and have it enter battle.

Nintindo dude got most of it but if you Surf south of island one (right next to the port)you'll get to Treasure Beach (or something). I think any time you go back you'll get 2 ultra balls but sometimes you can find "rare" items like big pearls, star piece, stardust (i'v got 8 and they sell for a heck of a lot of money), etc.

The eoute 24 nugget glitch. Lose the battle and you can getas many nuggets as you wantGuest answered:
Go to Viridian City , buy cheap poke balls for 200 each.
Take an electric -type Pokemon around lvl 30.
Using the great rod , catch as many shellders as you can hold in your inventory.
Many of them will be holding pearls and big pearls.
Cloysters hold big pearls to but they are harder to find.
Selling pearls for 700.00 and only investing in a
200.00 poke ball is a 500.00 , although not every
Shelder carries a pearl but most do.
Mark and release shelders on Bills PC after you take their pearls to clear your inventory for more..
