HI I was wondering what is the best way to get raiku. I all of the other answers and I tried them all and I piked squritle as a starter. Please answer and thank you.

You have to travel around hole Kanto to find him, if you see him, you really don't have to kill him, mostly Raikou flees, but if you paralized or let him fall in sleep, you can catch him. I he fleeds, you have got him in your Pokedex and than you can see where he is on the map of Raikou.

If you chose Squirtle as the Starter good, then run all over the place and then eventually you will see it and if it runs away from you the 1st time, it will register in the Pokedex so you can track it down using the location thing
