can u get lugia ho oh

Can you get Lugia and ho oh without a nintendo event or gameshark. Thanx in advance.

I think the only other way to get those Pokemon is to have a nintendo gamecube with Pokemon Colloseum, in which you must purify every Pokemon to retrieve a ho oh, and Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness, in which you need to capture shadow Lugia before your final battle. Then, you must use the purify chamber at full to purify lugia. You will need a connector between the gamecube and your gameboy advance to Trade them to your fire red version. You will also get some other good Pokemon from these games you may want to trade over, such as the 2nd generation starters in Colloseum.

No you use Mystery Gift and it with either give you somthing to get to Deoxys, ho ho and Lugia, or jarachi and I think it will also work with the colloseum thing.

Yes you can, Trade from heartgold after capturing him/her. Yeah and you can only trade if you have 2 game systems and the two games. To catch ho oh in heartgold, you have to get the rainbow wing ( I forgot how to get it) and the clear bell which you get by defeating the kimono girls in Ecruteak city.
