Where is birth island ???? Because it says on the pokedez that deoxys is on birth island on Pokemon fire red were is it ?????

Well first you need to use mystery gift and you might not be able to get deoxys, you might get hoho and Lugia but it's all luck......

As palkia said, you need the mystry gift, you get this by going to a real life city that gives you items only obtainable there. I'm pretty sure you can check pokemon.com for the schedules, and you canalso get deoxys by using action reply
