Question for Pokemon FireRed
1. What are those 9 Islands?
2. I have 6 badges and the two gyms (Viridian's and Cinnabar's) are closed.
How do they unlock? I think I could beat them, my pack is: Charzard lvl 49
Alakazam lvl 45
Snorlax lvl 32
Zapdos lvl 50
Articuno lvl 50
Dewgong lvl 34

You need to find the key to Cinnabar Gym in the Mansion, on the basement floor in the back corner(on table I think), if you cannot seem to get there, try falling off the ledge of the 3rd floor.
The key will open the gym-and you'll fight Blaine-he likes fire, so use good water attackers.
Note: you can take a side trip after beating this gym-I suggest it. Then when you go back to Viridian the trainer will have returned and it's Giovanni! (use water, ice and psychic against him). Then onto Rival Battle, then Victory Road then Elite Four.
BTW: Good pack-these gyms should be fairly easy for you, might want to add a strong water pokemon though, since you don't have Blaistoise. But a few water attacks along with the ice ones might do it. Snorlax gets body slam at LV33-worth doing first maybe?
