How and Where do you get the Poke flute and does this wake up snorlax and how do you the Poke flute?
AND.....
Who are the Elite 4 and where can I find them?

Yo,#1 you can get the poke flute by beating Team Rocket at Lavendor Town,inside the tower,but first you have to beat them at Celadon City.
#2 Yes it does wake up the Snorlax.
#3 You use the poke flute by standing next to it,look in your bag,select it and use it.
#4 The elite 4 are Prima,Bruno,Agatha, and Lance, all four are at the Pokemon League.

After beating Team Rocket in Celadon, beat them at Pokemon Tower. It does wake up Snorlax. To use it, go into your bag and select it. The Elite Four are Lorelei, Bruno, Agatha and Lance. Lorelei uses Ice, Bruno uses fighting, Agatha uses Ghost, and Lance uses Dragon. You have to go west of Viridian City with all 8 badges, get through Victory Road, and then face them. Hope this helps!!!
