This cheat is great it for chosing your own starter Pokemon for the begining of a new game, it takes some time but it's worth it
I like alot of action replay cheats but here is a cheat to start off near the beggining with a Celebi.
First you need to go on the game selecting list and make a new game on the list called Pokemon emerald modifers ( or something to do with that).
Then instead of entering the normal master code for it you enter this as a master code.

Pikachu will appear in the PC in Box 1 Slot 1 so have it cleared out. The Pikachu is a male shiny, plus he has the Pokevirus and is holding a Thunderstone. Not mention that he knows Surf!
Here are some warp codes, I've tried a few and all I have tried have worked so don't blame me if one or two don't work - the battle frontier code works.
Hello! I'm new here and just found out about this weird code that let's you find some rare Pokemon (they're sometimes holding items, like berries). Here's a list of the Pokemon I found in the wild:
Charmander (appears quite often)
Butterfree (appears quite often)
Wartortle (you have to try a few times to find one)
Arbok (seems to be rare)
Pidgey (you have to try a few times to find one)
Raticate (it seems like it only appears when you use the "Lv.74 and higher" code)
Clefable (seems to be rare)
