Turn of your AR when you get to the Faraway Isle. Go into the tree clearing where it exits into a forest. Then go to Mew. It may take a while, but if you bring a masterball and you're paitent, you'll catch a Lv.30 Mew. She'll use transform if you don't use your masterball right away.
