Go to the desert in Route 111 and look around for fossils. They will be in pairs in the sand. If you pick one, the other will sink. Pick whichever one you want, then go to the Devon Corp building in Rustboro. Go to the second level where all the scientists are. Talk to the first guy on the right, and he will tell you that he's building a special machine to bring ancient Pokemon back to life! Give him your fossil, and when you come back he will have brought an ancient Pokemon back to life! I used a claw fossil and I got Anorith lv 20!
