This works best with Sceptile. When you when you first encounter a Lati use Sceptile's False Swipe (learns at Lv. 59).If you have a strong Sceptile
(Lv.65-100) it's HP should be only 1 HP left.It will flee.Next, make sure you have a Golbat/Crobat with Mean Look.Keep switching routes until it is on the route you are on.Use _ _ _bat's Mean Look to trap it.Finally use a great ball-ultra ball and boom now you have that hard to catch Lati.
