When you get to Goldenrod City go to the Daycare place but don't talk to anybody in there. Save your game. Talk to the man and the woman. One of them should give you an egg.

It will be a Pichu, Cleffa, Igglybuff, Tyroge, Smoccum, Elekid, or a Magby.

Go and hatch the egg.If it's not what you want cut it off, walk around some(different each time, this will change the outcome) talk to the man again and reapeat the process again untill you get the Pokemon you want.
