Top 10 Video Game Weapons of All Time
7) BFG9000 (Doom)
BFG stands for “Big F***ing Gun.” It’s not only one of the most powerful guns in the game, it’s one of the most powerful guns of all-time. This thing can clear out an entire group of enemies with one shot. It fires a large ball of green plasma that will vaporize smaller enemies and bring down even the biggest of foes in just a few trigger pulls. Firing the BFG just a single time consumes 40 units of ammunition so although it was really fun to use, gamers tended to hold it back until emergencies so they didn’t burn through all their ammo. First seen in the original Doom, it also made appearances in Doom II, Doom 3, Quake II, and Quake III Arena.
I'm also glad Doom's BFG9000 made to the list too! Sorry for forgetting one of most important weapons ever...
I'm glad Duke3D's Shrink Ray made to the list! It's my favorite weapon ever created.

The P90 in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. Attach a silencer to the gun, 50 bullets of unbridled death. On wetwork you could tap fire it across the full length of the map from one end to the other, it had incredibly accuracy from the hip and was steady and solid aimed down the iron sights.
That gun was unrivalled and would often see me get over 30 kills a game in Team Deathmatch alone.
