When do I get the baby to toddler quest?
I'm already level 13 and it said level 12. So I'm confused. Does it skip quests? It has done this twice to me.

You get it when 2 people are married and Ard ready to have kids I didn't get it till my level was 20

I'm on the stable quest do I have to finish it before I go on to the toddler quest because I have married sims who have babies?
