Where I can find automatic pool cleaner? I have won it from the diving event but I don't know where it is

If you go throught the actions of making the pool smaller but not actually purching it. The action itself will throw the vomit out

There is an automatic pool cleaner and a pee cleaner. The pool cleaner costs $1.99 real money and the pee cleaner costs 777,777,777 simoleons. Hope this helped.

Turns out you have to pay to unlock it, go to the outdoors store, then you can purchase the first one for free.

I know but the thing is I bought the pool cleaner from the store at that price but I can't find it and I've been searched a bunch of websites and I've seen videos and I knows it's supposed to be in the outdoor section in the broken circle area labeled pool Items but it's just not in there I think there is a glitch but I can't get my money back or report this and I want to figure out how to get it!!!
