Question for The Sims FreePlay

I have not been able to upload data to the cloud for the past 7 weeks have tried logging in and out of fb ..... Does anyone know how to fix?? I even downloaded the update today but that didn't help

Check to be sure that your account settings in the iCloud setup menu under the Settings Menu on your device is set to allow Documents and Data to be saved.

The reason that this is important for you to do is that it is the iCloud settings in your iOS device and not Facebook that controls what gets saved and when.
