Question for The Sims 3

On youtube people say you can make a tennager get pregnant but they say the same thing to go on creation mode I can not find creation mode can you tell me how to get on creation mode. Please I want my teen to have a baby.

Those are mods for the PC version of the game and are not available on the console versions.
