What you do is, use the cheat (LB, LT, RB, RT.) Press and hold all of them at the same time when your in game mode you press start and then press them all and then youll get the spoot lama in your buy and build tab and you go and get it and it's free and you place it in your house and you can click ($50,000)as many times as you want and then you can go back into build and buy mode and then start from scratch. Thats the only way I know of to rebuild your home from scratch and have as much money as you want.

Buy cheap house, then go into build and buy, use sldge hammer and delete everything or sell it, then build from scratch. It helps to have some cash before hand
