Repairing Cars

Even though I have the required level of workshop and the parking spots say they allow for the repairing of tires, engines, etc. They don't seem to be working?

As long as the cars are parked seemingly straight to the designated parking area then it should take a real day to fully fix them but with update title 1 or 2 it is meant to become a game day.
