I just wanted know if you can play co-op without x-box live because I just want to play with my bro. When click on co-op some thing just pops up so I just want to know how you do co-op without online.

The only way you can play offline co-op is if your brother has another xbox 360 and another copy of saints row 2.
Then you can system link.
Other than that, no.
