I do I buy stock in gta5 it says I can but I can't buy it

When you get to stock area on you're I-Fruit phone chose the Market tab at the top of the page. Then scroll down to the stocks and select one. After you select one of the stocks it will take you to the page with info for the stock. On this page up towards the top right corner there is a area that says BUY in green, click on it and another page will come up. Look in the left corner for the green BUY box and click on it to high lite the box. There are + and - signs there press on the plus ( if you hold down on the signs they will speed up) to buy the stocks, it will ask you to confirm the purchase ; click on the confirm.
