Head to the barber shop that is closest to his house and get the free "Wood" cut.

IF you do not have that it means you have not gone online to the website and started stalking the members there -- you need to stalk the barber shop -- so head to lifeinvader.com (note you WILL need to have a Rockstar Social Club account and password so if you do not have one go and make one first).

Then log into Lifeinvader.com (on your real computer and web browser NOT in the game) and be sure to stalk Herr Kutz the Barber. That will get you the free bonus haircuts.
