I played my first round and I got subtracted pionts and now I can't play teamdeath macth or any other ones what do I do?

That sounds like a derank hack. They alter the match settings so you get negative experience upon a kill. You have most likely been reverted to a level too low to play Team deathmatch. If team deathmatch doesn't have a required level, you may have to start on a new account.
If you join a game and recieve - points, you should exit to the dashboard without leaving the game, and you will probably retain your experience.

When this happens it means you played in an altered (hacked) game - the penalty is not reversible.
