I need a little help here I can't find my way out of the portal. Most af the doors require abilities that I don't have and I don't know how to get them.

The only way to really get out is to go to the monastary and get through those levels and eventually you will get the fist of ruin and be able to go thur some of the past levels. Thats really the only way
