How do you do the launch when you launch to other people?

I've only heard about it.

Ok, You Need a long range weapon and a sord. use all the amo in the weapon.

Now get as far away from the person your going to launch but still keeping the targeter red now press the right trigger button and y and x this tricks the game into thinking that the swords rectutal is red.

You will swing to the other person by pressing x you cancal the attack but you will still swing to them. try jumping you can almost fly.

This is the way you get to the top of foundation.
