I don't think you can get a phantom.

I've never heard of anyone getting a Phantom in campaign.

Where did you hear that you could?

It's not possible...

So no, I don't believe that you can get one.

You can't get or destroy a phantom all you can destroy on the phantom are the three guns on the bottom.

Sorry but I think it would be really cool to get a phantom.

Very sorry, but I always make sure I do alot of research when telling these questions and it seems you cannot get a phantom, but you could still be lucky and find a glitch or something maybe but I really doubt that though.

You can't. The only game you can drive a phantom in is Halo: Reach. Sorry dude.
