I have being trying to use the cheat codes presented for GTA VICE CITY AND GTA III for XBOX, they don't seem to work, I have try it 1000 times, do I need an extra memory card

When your given the cheat it should be easy enough to do.
For example: If you want to do the health cheat, make sure the game is UNPAUSED and just type in the code. If you save the game after doing the cheat and have it activated, it will be there when you load the game.
You d'ont need two memory cards.
Its that simple.
