To get a hooker just stop near one and honk don't hit them or shoot then they will ask for a good time and then press right on the dirictional pad.

You need a decent amount of sex appeal to get a hooker to come into your car, but park up beside one, and you should hear her say "do you want a good time honey?" press right to say yes, and left to say no.
Also, you don't see anything when you get a hooker, the car just bounces around and the people make noises whilst sat on their seats.
If you want a free hooker, finish level 10 of the pmping missions, an they hookers pay you, rather than you paying them.

Get a car, honk at a prozy then when she says "hey ya wanna have a good time" press the right button to say yes and the left to say no.

The best place to get hookers is right in front of your house. You pull up to her and honk the horn one time . Then she will say do you want to have a good time left no right yes if you say yes she will get in the car then go some where private then she will say this is a good spot . The you will experience noises and the car will shake. When they are done she will get out. If you want your money back kill her.
