Yes. The one in los santos is at madd dogg's cribb on the side closest to the vinewood sign.
Also the one in San Fierro is at the xoomer across the street from the military base go through the broken part of the wall then turn left.
If it isn't there then drive around for a little bit then check again.
The last one is in El Quebedores go to the two player sign then look at the building next to the one your at there should be glass windows all the way around the building.
Shoot one out, climb in and it is in the back right hand corner.

In the alley 2 the right of zeros shop where the desert eagle is a kart is there after gamer completion.
