Just serch around the gun shop not inside outside in one part theres a firing range you have to be realy fat thouh and you can only meet her at a sertain time

You have to go around back. She should be standing up on the roof of a small storage building. Just follow the sounds of gunfire. If she isn't there and you don't hear gunfire, try again in 5 hours. Keep repeating that until she appears.
