Somebody probably asked this but I don't have time to go though every question.
Where is the pirate trusear I read what he said 80 times but I can't find it.

By the pirate treasure you mean the ghost pirate right? Ok, go to the Memorial Garden (from Oakvale) and dig next to the big staue of a hero in the middle of the graveyard. You get a silver key and an obsidian greataxe.
It is the left side of the dock go all the way down don't dig unless you see your shovel icon...it will be 500 gold to give to his wife.
It is on the left to the docks all the way down to where the ocean is.....don'y dig unless you have the shovel icon...it ia 500 gold to give to his wife.
I read the other answers and they might be a bit confusing if you want the treasure that he asks you to give to his wife then it's on the left side of the dock in Oakvale(near the edge of the water). Be warned you don't have to give this to his wife in order to get the second treasure, just go to the statue of the dude with the axe in the memorial garden and dig directly underneath his axe. But be warned again if you do this before you give the wife the money then both she and the pirate disappear.
The gold he wants you to give to his wife is on the beach to the left of the dock and right next to the dock.
The treasure he is telling you to get and keep to yourself is buried beside the statue holding an axe in Memorial Gardens.
