Question for Fable

Hi, ummm how do I get the other members following me, to wear different clothes?
I need to do this for the Demon Door outside the bandit camp

You don't need to get people to follow you and wear the three things the door says.

First you need to get all the stuff the door wants you to (the bandit stuff and the others).
Then you wear the first the door ask (i can't remember which one's first) and talk to it.
Then you wear the second then talk to it.
Then you wear the third then talk to it.

Simple!!!

You don't get followers, you need to change the clothes at the door by yourself.

Talk to the Door while wearing a suit of Bright Plate Armour, then a Dark Will User's suit then a bandit suit in that order.

You don't get followers to change cloths. You change cloths and talk to the door each time.
