Question for Fable

Someone tell me what the frying pan is for. You don't have to get all (6) clues like people say, just a spade and a knowledge of where it is. BUT, after you get it...what?

You can't hit anyone with it. They just keep walking. I've swung it over fire but my fish is still raw. I tried to give it to wifey but she doesen't cook.

I even tried to sell it but no merchant seems to want this frying pan, (which FABLE calls a treasure). What is so great about digging up a USELESS frying pan that won't even fry?

Someone help the TeemByrd, please.

You do have to have all the clues in order for the frying pan to be of any worth you moron. You have to augment it in this order: Health Aug, Mana Aug, Experience Aug, and then the Sharpening Aug. If you do this correctly, it will be like a weak sword of Aeons. I don't know how to augment it though because it's not like a regular weapon. Figure out how to augment it and your set.

You have to have all six treasure clues when you dig it up for it to have 100 hit points and 4 augmentation slots.
You don't find the clues, you don't find a treasure.
