It really depends on which house you mean.

The grey house is where she lived as a child and it's open just go inside and then fight a few zombies then you can go into the cellar.

Bowerstone manor is where she lives just marry her.

To get into Grey House:
Just walk in, kill a few zombies.

To get into Bowerstone Manor:
Marry Lady Grey.
