Please help me I need to know how to rent my houses out to people.....

Click on the sign outside your house and it will ask you if you want to sell it.

Say no and then it will ask you if you want to rent it out.

It's better to not rent out your houses, because then you have to wait for the money. The best way I found to get loads of money fast with out doing much is to buy a house. Then put two of your trophies, Banit Seal and Champion Seal are the best, because they raise the value of the house, sell the house. Go back in the house get them back buy the house cheap, do this over and over again and you can get as much money as you want. Two things you should know when doing this, You cant be married in this town and to get the value up higher pay to have it decorated.

I did this with my house in Oakvale and about five min i owned the house and had 20,000 in my pocket.

Interact with the sign in front of the house and buy it and choose to rent it out, After two game days someone will move in and then every three days after that, there will be three bags of money in front of the sign. Just walk over it and you will automatically pick it up.
