Yes you can actually it is made for embarrassment.
1. Click on the green bar next to your person.
2. Click on the present looking icon.
3. Click on the jesters hat icon
4. You should find it in there!

Your avatar, where you can click to change outfits. It should be there right to the right of it. Click that and do as the person above said.
